Use cards like Tashigi, Tsuru, Sengoku and Hina to reduce the cost of enemy characters to 0, then activate Leader Sakazuki's ability to KO cost-0 characters and maintain board control. Develop your board with efficient bodies like Jango, Fullbody, Helmeppo and Momonga. Set up Navy HQ to lower the cost of all of your opponent's characters each turn, making it easier to remove them. Use Shockwave, Great Eruption and White Out to defend your leader and cycle cards. Finish games with big hitters like Smoker, Monkey.D. Garp and T-Bone once the board is clear, and push for lethal swings when your opponent is low on resources.
